Anita shares her passions to the delight of her guests:
- Her passion for Japan: Her journey took her to Yokohama, Tokyo, Fukushima... in Japan, where she lived for 20 years. She brought back many objects and dishes which are part of the decoration of the guest house.
- Culinary discovery: It offers unique cuisine that combines Breton and Japanese flavors. Founder of a vegetarian cooking workshop in Yokohama highlighting Japanese products, she acquired unique expertise and a passion for culinary exploration.
- Discovering her native region: With her experience as a tourist guide in Japan, Anita knows how to share the treasures of her region with visitors.
- A passion for gardening drives Anita, who finds joy and serenity among her plants. Upon purchasing the house in 2021, she planted a Japanese cherry tree "Kiku-shidare-sakura", inspiring the name of her home, "O Sakura Garden", and inviting guests to explore the beauty of her garden.
